Please read this waiver carefully before using the Enrichment Forest. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Responsibility
I am fully responsible for my dog at all times while on the property, including behavior, safety, supervision, and maintaining control.
2. Natural Environment Risks
I understand that the forest contains natural hazards such as uneven surfaces, holes, branches, insects, wildlife scents, and other unpredictable conditions. I voluntarily accept all risks of injury, illness, or escape.
3. Off-Leash Activity
I understand that allowing my dog to be off-leash carries additional risk and I am solely responsible for preventing injuries or escape.
4. Liability Release
I release and hold harmless Street Wise Canine, property owners, staff, and volunteers from any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claims involving myself or my dog — including incidents caused by my dog’s behavior.
5. Health
I confirm my dog is healthy enough for this activity and not knowingly contagious with illness or parasites.
6. Acknowledgment
I have read and understand this waiver. I accept all responsibility for myself, my dog, and any risks involved. This waiver applies to all current and future Enrichment Forest visits.
